R Crane Scales & Service-USA provides all of the RON Crane Scales & Dynamometers with disposable AA alkaline batteries.  The Wireless RON 2501 systems can have a continuous working time of up to 1,500 hours.  All of the other RON Crane Scales & Dynamometers have a continuous working time of up to 2,000 hours.  With this extended battery life it is possible to have a crane scale or dynamometer working for several months before having to replace the disposable batteries
